Waiting one week since order for GTA code to be delivered. Money taken 4 days ago and still no code. Customer service advised me to follow instructions on an email I haven't received and ignored me completely for the last 2 days+. Site shows my order as pre-authorisation of payment despite the money being taken 4 days ago. Very poor customer service, no wonder the codes are so cheap.
This company has sold me CD keys that were already in use multiple times. In the most recent, I made the mistake of ordering a key, key was invalid. I contacted customer support and opened a paypal claim. For whatever reason paypal closed the claim even though the seller did not respond. I had to call paypal, total time over 2 hours attempting to get refunded. I don't care how much money you could potentially save, AVOID THE HEADACHE!

I received a code that was "already redeemed."
....Either CD Keys erroneously sent me a code purchased by someone else, (HUGE mistake on their part,) OR their database is so wrought with leaks/bots that their ONLY source of product is rendered useless. I am VERY dissatisfied with my purchase, which is saying quite a bit because I have liked CD Keys in the past. At this point, it has a LOT to make up for in order to retain me as a repeat customer henceforth...
Well it was my first time to use this site, i had no problem with purchase and i had the product (mk11) instantly, very trusted
I thought this website was a scam, but two reliable sources told me that it is legit. Tried it and to my surprise they were right!! I also got my digital code right away, I'll definitely be purchasing more digital goods from CDKeys in the future.
Purchased an XBox Gold Membership code and they gave me a code from a different region. When reported the issue they asked me to contact XBox support. Obviously, they were unable to help since they didn't sell the code. When contacted them back they said they can't help me because more than 7 days had passed. They basically took my money and gave me a code I can't use and then refused to provide any kind of service.
I placed an order for a PSN card for my nephew for his birthday present who lives in USA, the amount was taken from my bank account, but I received nothing under the pretext that only people who live in USA who are entitled to place the order.
I tried to contact support for the refund, but no reaction from them.
I was worried about using CDKeys.com for the first time, but I was able to purchase it quickly and received a game safely. Very good!
I want my money back, this site is a scam, I bought a key the is invalid for fallout 76 and their useless support teams has done nothing to help me!
I did not receive the code for what I paid. I paid for V-BUCKS and I received some skin, but did not know that until I redeem the code. After that their support does not answer me for 10 days after providing all requested information.

It is a gamble. The code might work or it might not. And customer service is beyond awful.

Don't, the site is a scam. If you won't receive the product you will never get your money back.
